MAINLAND PARCEL DELIVERY
Our preferred courier for UK mainland delivery is Interlink
Express, using a next day by 3.00pm delivery service.
Standard next delivery from when the item is dispatched
costs £5.50 to £6 (depends on stock availability).
Some Scottish Highland services will be 2-3 day.
Information regarding your delivery can be obtained
from the Interlink website, i.e. tracking and location
of your local depot. www.interlinkexpress.com
In addition to Interlink, we can also track and trace
for you, this can be done by dropping us an e-mail to
parcel@absoluteboot.co.uk
Delivery Hints
1. Please state an address that someone will be able
to receive the parcel between the hours of 9am - 3pm.
2. If you are unable to be there please leave a signed
note for the delivery driver, suggesting suitable place
to leave the parcel, i.e. with neighbour etc
3. Please give a contact telephone number with order
as this can be useful for the delivery driver.
4. If a parcel cannot be left, the driver will leave
a card with details on when the second delivery attempt
will be made and where the local Interlink depot is
to the item can be picked up. This information can also
be gained from the Interlink website. (see link above)
5. Other services including by 9.30am, Noon or Saturday
can be used at a higher rate.
Please note - non delivery/ returns do cost the full
delivery charge.

OVERSEAS PARCEL DELIVERY

Overseas deliveries are usually carried via Parcel Force
and/ or the Royal Mail. Price is dependant on weight
and destination; individual prices are listed with products.
A signed for option is available for an extra £3.
(Shipping ~£18 USA and £14 for Europe per
item).

Returns Procedure
Faulty
Please return goods to us at address below, with a copy
of the receipt and a brief note including your name
and address, (order reference number if known) telephone
number and details of the fault. We will then evauluate
the fault fairly with the customer and make good as
required. This may include a replacement or full refund
including postage. This does not effect your statutory
rights.
Incorrect Size
Goods may be exchanged where possible for a different
size or type; however the customer is liable for the
additional postage costs. Please return goods to the
address below within 14 days from date of purchase and
please include a copy of the receipt and a brief note
including your telephone number address (order reference
number if known) and what you would like in exchange.
Please note it will be necessary to charge extra postage
to send a second item to the customer.
Wrongly Dispatched Items
Please return the item to us, include a copy of the
receipt and a brief note including your telephone number
address (Reference Number if known) Please obtain proof
of postage and keep postage receipt as this will be
refunded back
to the customer.
eBay Auction Items
eBay items will not be exchanged unless faulty. Although
credit notes and size exchanges may be made at the discretion
of the management.
Returns Address
Our usual outbound courier is Interlink; however the
recommendation is to use the Royal Mail Post Office
for Returns as it is cheaper and next day delivery is
not required. Please obtain proof of postage and keep
the postage receipt for any items returned to us.
